I'd endorse Baylis Gloucester because compared to where I’ve brought cars from in the past, the staff here were not like vultures. Let you walk round and came over when they felt needed, listened to what I wanted in a car for my medical issues and budget and worked with their manager to find me the best car possible

Baylis Gloucester were helpful because although when the car first arrived it wasn't as clean as it should be and there was a fault with one key, Simon rectified it quickly and when the car was returned it was spotless
